Paper Abstract:      This paper describes a patent-pending set of tools written to automate the creation and reuse of SCORM-compliant content objects. The use of sharable content objects should be done with care, with the onus being on the developer to make sure that the objects are used appropriately in a new context. Exponentially increasing numbers of products and deliverables, new delivery methods and increasing demand for customized courses, without concomitant increases in headcount and budget, are leaving course developers looking for ways to increase efficiency. The Tivoli Course Developer’s ToolBox realizes productivity improvements which affect most course development processes with proven results.
